We won't charge your credit card until your order is shipped. In-stock orders normally ship within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted. However, if an item is marked "This item ships separately" or during times of heavy order volume (especially November and December), orders normally ship within 2-3 business days of when they were placed. Generally, all items on backorder or out of stock are marked as such on the site. All shipping transit times quoted are business days (Monday-Friday), not calendar days.
For most domestic orders, you can choose between UPS Ground, 2 Day, and Next Day deliveries. If your order ships via UPS you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number when your order ships. You will also be able to view your order status and tracking numbers in your account order history. If your order contains only stickers or small light items, then you may also have the option to ship your order via USPS First Class Mail, which does not offer package tracking information. If your order weighs less than 5 pounds it may be eligible for Economy Shipping. Economy Shipping calculates the most cost efficient way to get your package to your shipping address. Delivery using this method can take anywhere from 5-10 days. Note: Orders shipped via Economy Shipping may be delivered using UPS or the United States Postal Service and tracking information may not be available. If tracking information is available, it will be reflected on your shipping notification email.
What's the scoop about expedited shipping?
We have expedited shipping options available for domestic orders. This includes Next Day and 2 Day shipping options. Orders must be placed before 1pm Eastern Time Monday-Thursday to receive expedited delivery in the time frame specified; and only if items are in stock. Expedited delivery orders received after 1pm Eastern Time or on Friday/Saturday/Sunday normally ship the next business day. Some orders may be subject to verification of billing/shipping information, and may be delayed because of this.
During times of heavy order volume, especially November and December, expedited shipments may take up to 3-5 business days to process and ship, and shipping dates cannot be guaranteed, so please plan accordingly. We will post estimated processing times on the checkout page.
If your Shipping address is a P.O. Box, we cannot deliver via UPS, and your order will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Some orders may be subject to verification of billing/shipping information, and may be delayed because of this. See the PO Boxes section for more information.
Will my expedited order arrive on Saturday?
No. We do not offer any expedited Saturday delivery options. All transit times are business days, not calendar days, unless otherwise specified.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
In most cases, yes. If your order weighs less than 70 pounds we should be able to send your order through the United States Postal Service. This shipping method does not include tracking. We are not responsible for delays or mis-shipments when a P.O. Box address is used.
Can you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
We are able to ship most of our products to U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses. Some products cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses and those are marked on the product detail page with an Export Restriction notice. This notice reads "We cannot ship this item outside of the U.S." Unfortunately, we cannot supply tracking numbers for shipments to APO/FPO addresses. We send all shipments to APO/FPO addresses using the U.S. Postal Service. When completing your Shipping Address during checkout, please make note of the following.† The City must be entered as either "APO" or "FPO".† The State must be selected as either "AA" "AE" or "AP".† You must enter your Zip code.†† Always remember to enter your full name, grade, and PSC or unit number Please visit this page for full instructions on how to complete an APO/FPO order. Please note, orders shipped to an APO/FPO address do take longer to be delivered. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your package to arrive.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Will I have to pay customs fees on my order?
The short answer: NO.† However our lawyers require us to infomr you that shipping charges you pay to Console Doctor do NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to Console Doctor and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees.
†Console Doctor has no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. so please do not ask us to do so - we don't have this information. Please contact your local customs office if you need to know more.
It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment. Please be familiar with the customs laws in your country before you order!

IN STORE RETURNS:
Returned product(s) must be in the original packaging and include any manuals, cabling and accessories in saleable condition. We reserve the right to limit returns to unopened or defective products. Defective product(s) will be replaced with a like item, upon return. Terms and conditions of manufacturer's warranty apply to defective video games systems and computer hardware after 15 days.
We do not accept returns of: Any product(s) returned more than 15 days from the date on the packing slip. Any product(s) that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap). Any product(s) not in its original condition. Any product(s) that is damaged, played, or is missing parts. Any product(s) that were sold as part of a bundle, unless the bundle is returned complete. Please do not send us product(s) that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.
ONLINE RETURNS: To return or exchange an item to gamesystemparts.com, first identify the reason by filling out an online support ticket. Our support system will then assist you with the return process.
We will not accept any returns that do not have an online support ticket filed prior to shipping.
Returns and exchanges are subject to the following guidelines: A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Unopened new merchandise may be returned for store credit within 15 days of purchase. Opened new merchandise cannot be returned for a refund. Used (pre-owned) or refurbished merchandise and opened new accessories may be returned for a store credit within 7 days of purchase or exchanged for the identical item within 14 days of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any return and to require that certain items be returned directly to the manufacturer. Refunds are issued in the original payment type. Cash purchases and all check purchases are subject to a refund by check issued from our corporate office within 14 business days. Customers with a gift receipt will only receive an exchange or a gift card of equal value. We reserve the right to refuse any return. If a Part is being returned due to DOA, or did not function properly, item must be sent back to facility for inspection prior to receiving another part or any type of refund. Until part is received and inspected, the shipping costs for returns are customerís responsibility. If your part arrived damaged from the Postal service, or mail carrier, we are not responsible for replacing the item as shipping insurance is offered at the time of checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. If the reason for your return is due to our error, please contact us at the number below for a handling credit.
