Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 Review and Multiplayer Video Trailer

Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 Review

The game looks absolutely amazing.  The one thing to note about this trailer is that it shows actual GAMEPLAY.  Seriously, that is my biggest issue about video game trailers these days.  No gamepaly, all cut scenes.

More Guns

We can tell that Activision is going to give us a lot more guns.  That is always a good thing for you hard core gamers.  As an introverted person myself I find that I like games that are immersive and story driven instead of high paced kill or be killed action.  Besides my obvious prejudiced against first person shooters, I have to say that I am impressed.

Better Graphics

It looks like Call of Duty Black Ops has beefed up polish in the graphics departments.  Its not so much that the graphics are smoother or or more textured that impresses me, it is the fluidity of the motion.  It seems as technology advances, the framerate of modern games has improved.

Multiplayer

You are now going to make a class based on how many items you have, instead of having to select things you do not ever use. I. E., it’s plausible to obtain six perks if you decide not to haul a primary or secondary gun (you will only have a knife). If you decide to select a primary weapon, it states that you have to substitute one of those perks. If you do not like any perks, you can substitute those slots for more features to your primary or secondary (This has been hinted by some people who’ve “allegedly” had the awesome chance to play Black Ops 2′s multiplayer).

Live Streaming – Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 will now allow a live streaming feature comes as a factory option. You can  stream your gameplay over the internet easily and automatically . You would need a camera though because the feature that shows your face requires it. This may or may not work with Kinect, but I suspect since Microsoft has been pushing the Kinect so hard that they will have some sort of optional Feature for it.
Dedicated servers – Black ops 2 will now finally have deticated servers (holy hell, it has taken them this long???), so now you wont have to worry about host migrations when some gamer lamer bails on you.
